M/s. Archimedis Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. is a Hyderabad-based manufacturer of bulk drug intermediates, KSMs and advanced intermediates for the pharmaceutical industry. The company started with a humble beginning in the manufacture of KSMs and fine chemicals, over the years, has expanded its capabilities to develop and manufacture a range of drud intermediate products supporting the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Archimedis' intermediates business is supported by strong chemistry expertise, operational excellence and a committed Research & Development team focused on developing new products and supporting their successful commercialization. Archimedis continues to differentiate itself by offering products and services that are consistent in quality, reliability and performance.

Currently, Archimedis operates its manufacturing facility at Jayanthipuram, Jaggayyapeta Mandal, NTR District, Andhra Pradesh. The facility is equipped to support the manufacturing of KSMs and pharmaceutical intermediates, with strong emphasis on quality, safety, regulatory compliance and reliable supply

Quality Unit

The company is committed to achieving quality excellence and customer satisfaction through the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and continual improvement of its processes.

The manufacturing facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Archimedis has a fully equipped Quality Control laboratory, staffed by experienced and qualified personnel.

The Quality Control laboratory comprises Wet Chemistry and Instrumentation laboratories to perform the analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, intermediates, and finished products.

Archimedis has the required capabilities and infrastructure to support the complete quality function, from raw material analysis through in-process testing to final product analysis, ensuring reliable and consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process.

OUR PROMISES TO CUSTOMER

  • We follow cGMP requirements and are prepared to support third-party audits.
  • We will provide the required CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls) documentation, as applicable, to support DMF submissions.
  • We will provide stability/ hold time study data for key starting materials and Intermediates used in regulatory products, as required for submission to the regulatory authorities.
  • We will maintain relevant impurity samples and make them available to support our customers, as required.
